Six Week block of classes – starting Thursday 19th April 2018.
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles building strength and stability from the inside out. Moving from the correct postural alignment, Pilates helps to re-balance the spine and joints creating a lengthened, leaner and toned body.

What do I bring with me to a LST Pilates Class?
Just yourself. Mats, Cushions and Equipment is provided
What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can freely move your spine and joints, avoiding any zips or buttons in the waistband or along the length of the spine. We wear socks.
What happens if I miss a class?
You can catch up with an extra class during that same block.
Can I do extra classes?
Yes, if you have signed up for a block you can attend extra classes for a cost of £4 per class. You just need to check availability and book.
