Community Rate:
Including exhibitions, meetings, children’s birthday parties, sports events, coffee mornings, community training events. One member of staff is provided during community events. Set up/Excess time will be charged at the same rate. There is no reduction in the above for registered charities and other non-profit making groups.
Standard Rate:
Including reunions, parties, concerts, drama performances and events where admission is charged or alcohol is being consumed. Rental includes services of a member of staff. Set up/Excess time will be charged at the same rate.
Including Profit-making shows and concerts. Conferences, entertainment promoters, large commercial events/receptions. Rental includes services of a Duty Officer/Responsible Person and one member of staff. Set up/Excess time, and additional staff (e.g. stewards, technicians etc.) will be charged at hourly rate.
Block bookings may attract a discount, please enquire. Prices are negotiable upon request. Please complete a booking enquiry form to receive a quote.

Set up/Excess Times:
Charged at the normal hourly rate. Please ensure you have agreed the set up times with any external contractor e.g. caterer, bar, band/disco etc. A minimum 8 hour hire is advisable for functions.

Functions: Non-refundable deposit 50% of total hire cost payable within 14 days of invoice to secure booking. £350 security deposit required 14 days in advance to cover damage, theft or breakages incurred during hire. Full amount refunded upon satisfactory inspection.
