Licensed events: There will be a fee of £150 + VAT for the external operation of a licenced bar. This will normally be charged to the licensee, however can be invoiced to hirer on request.
Deposit: Non-refundable deposit 50% of total hire cost payable within 14 days of invoice to secure booking. A security deposit of £350 is required to cover damage, theft or breakages incurred during hire which is refunded with 48 hrs upon satisfactory inspection or premises. All income generated via hires and events at Campbeltown Town Hall are used to cover the administration and running costs of this important community owned building.
